Friday Flowers 17 : Zile gri

Nu stiu cum e la voi vremea, dar aici ploua de ceva timp. Bineinteles, in jurul meu au inceput sa creasca ciupercile, dar si nemultumirile legate de durata ei, de starea de indispozitie cauzata de lipsa soarelui, de durerile de spate,  de oase sau de  streasina care curge in ciuda faptului ca 'nea Costica a reparat-o deja de 5 ori. 

Daca mai adaug si pe cele doua cunostinte care au fost la interviuri pentru job si au fost respinse una pe motiv ca e trecuta de 35 de ani  ( pe post de vanzatoare), iar cealalta mai tanara (!) pentru ca poate va deveni mamica in urmatorii 10 ani si e in zodia Pestilor (!) (post de secretara), as zice ca, totusi, ploaia asta nu aduce nimic bun! :)

I dont know how is the weather were you live, but  here is raining for some time. Of course, the mushrooms are starting to grow around me, as well as the dissatisfaction regarding it's term' and the malaise caused by the lack of sun, by the back pain, bone pain and by the running eaves sound  repaired already 5 times by mr. Costica. 

And if I also add the two acquaintances who had job interviews and were rejected, one of them on the grounds that she was older then 35 years (as saleperson in a store) and the other one younger (!) because she can become mommy  in the next 10 years and is Pisces in the Horoscope (!) (secretary job), I would say , however, that this rain brings nothing good! :)

dar ma tratez ... cu un buchet cu flori de gradina (si sa nu credeti ca ele nu sunt bucuroase de ploaia care le hraneste :) ) si un gand de multumire, ca se putea si mai rau! :)

but I treat myself ... with a garden flower bouquet (and boy, they are happy for the rain) and a thought of gratitude , that well, it could have been worse. :)

Friday Flowers 12 : Vintage look

Inspirata de tava vintage de mai jos, am pornit in cautarea unor flori cu aer din alte timpuri: toporasii parfumati si saschiul mi s-au parut alegerea perfecta.

Inspired by the vintage tray below, i started my quest for flowers with an chic, old look: violets and vinca major seemed to be the perfect choice.

 Toporasii si in special, saschiul erau folositi in mod traditional la evenimentele importante din viata taranului transilvanean, sub forma de buchetele sau cununite.

Violets and especially vinca major were traditionally used for important events by the transylvanian peasant in flower posies or crowns.

Ce spuneti de combinatie? Se potriveste sau nu cu tava vintage?
